TOTS OPEN GYM
10:30am - 12:00pm (ages 18 months* - 3 years)
Held weekly on Mondays and Thursdays
Our Tots Open Gym is the perfect opportunity for toddlers, ages 18 months to 3 years, to explore the exciting world of gymnastics in a safe and playful environment! During these special sessions, little ones can navigate the gym with the support of their adult, discovering age-appropriate equipment, soft mats, and fun activities designed to engage their curiosity and develop motor skills.
With no structured class, your child can move freely, at their own pace, across different stations. Our friendly coaches are present to provide guidance, ensure safety, and suggest fun exercises or movements to try. Tots are encouraged to explore balance, coordination, and basic gymnastics movements, all while having fun with their caregiver by their side.

YOUTH OPEN GYM
2:30pm - 4:00pm (ages 4 - 14)
Held 1st Saturday of each month
At Gotham Gymnastics, Open Gym is a fun and flexible environment where gymnasts of all levels, ages 4 to 14, can practice and explore various skills at their own pace. Supervised by our trained coaches, gymnasts can try different events, work on their favorite skills, or discover new ones in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.
While there’s no formal class structure during Open Gym, our coaches are actively involved, offering guidance, corrections, and spotting where necessary to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Gymnasts are free to attempt any skills they feel confident in, while safety remains our top priority, especially with younger and older athletes sharing the space.
ADULT OPEN GYM
18+ years old (all levels of ability)
1.5 hour times, vary each week
Whether you used to compete, always wanted to learn how to do a back flip, or just need a new way to work out, then our open gym is for you! Experienced instructors lead a group warm-up followed by open gym time, which gives you the freedom to perfect a routine you’ve been working on or try something new. Need some assistance? Our coaches are standing by to help you elevate your game.
