GOTHAM GIVES
Giving back is a core value at Gotham Gymnastics, and one that we like to instill in all of our young athletes. As a team, we participate in charitable events that directly benefit children and others in need. Together we can make a difference.

Gotham Gymnastics hosts handstand walks for pediatric cancer research.

We are pleased to share that Gotham will host the third annual Handstand Walk for Kids on Thursday, October 5th!
Our gymnasts will walk across the floor on their hands for 10 minutes, tagging their teammates after each lap across. The goal is to walk as many miles as we can to support pediatric cancer research!

2022 Impact
10 minutes | 90 athletes | 3+ miles | $96,879 raised
Since 2021, Gotham Gymnastics has partnered with Handstand Walk for Kids to raise money and awareness for the doctors and researchers at Memorial Sloan Kettering cancer treatment center.
A movement that unites athletes in the fight against pediatric cancer, Handstand Walk for Kids celebrates survivors, those currently in treatment, and those we have lost too soon.
Over the last two years, Gotham Gymnastics has helped Handstand Walk for Kids raise over $125,000 to provide improved treatment options to children, teenagers and young adults living with cancer.
We are grateful for the passion and enthusiasm of our athletes, families and friends who have helped us make such a sizable contribution to this incredible cause.

Gotham Gymnastics athletes pack lunches for CHiPS to feed the hungry and homeless in Brooklyn.

In the summer of 2023, Gotham Gymnastics athletes gathered at nearby Brooklyn Flow yoga studio to pack bagged lunches for the soup kitchen at CHiPS.
Since 1971, CHiPS (Community Help in Park Slope, Inc.) has helped cultivate support, resilience and equity for the disenfranchised in Brooklyn. Their soup kitchen and food pantry serves as many as 175 meals daily, while their Frances Residence provides shelter for single mothers and their infants as well as pre- and post-natal care.
Gotham Gymnastics looks forward to providing even more support for CHiPS by holding drives for baby supplies, warm clothing and toiletries.
