  • What's the length of each session at Gotham Gymnastics?
    Our season is split into two 20-week sessions: Session 1: September - January Session 2: February - June Auto-enrollment happens on November 1st for Session 2.
  • When will coaches be assigned to classes for next season?
    Coaches are assigned to classes closer to the start of the season as it is too early for the coaches to know their exact schedules. We recommend registering for the class that works best for you with your schedule.
  • Is there a sibling discount if I enroll more than one child?
    Yes! We offer a 10% sibling discount for each additional child enrolled in our programs.
  • My child 's birthday is in the middle of the season, what age class should I enroll for?
    Th age cutoff for classes is October 31st. So long as they are the correct age for the class by that date, we recommend they enroll in the older class.
  • If my child is in an accelerated program, when do we register?
    If your child is currently in an accelerated program, here's what to expect: If we are inviting them to a beginner or intermediate class next season, you will be notified by the end of the day on March 21st. If you do not receive an email on March 21st, it means your child is either being invited to continue at their current level or being considered for another accelerated level or team. Those official invitations will be sent out later in April. In the meantime, if you have any questions or want to chat about your child's progress, please don't hesitate to reach out to their coach.
  • When will I know if my child is leveling up?
    Coaches recommend gymnast to level up when they are ready and have learned the required skills. If they're ready to level up for next season you will be contacted by the following dates: My child is currently in an Inter I or Inter II class and is ready to level up: March 23rd My child is currently in an entry level (GG. GB or Challengers class) and is ready to level up to Inter I or Inter II: March 30th
  • If my child is not currently ready to level up, what level should I enroll my child in?
    They should be enrolled din a class that is their current level and correct age range (i.e. GG 5-6, GG 7-8, etc). If they become eligible to level up, we will let you know and can always transfer them into the appropriate class.
  • Please look at the Gym location when you are registering - G315 and G316
    We have two gym locations! Pay close attention to the location when you enroll. G315 and G316 (especially if you are trying to enroll your children in the same gym class.)
  • Trying to enroll your child in the same class as their friend?
    It is solely dependent on availability and is not guaranteed. Often there are two classes of the same age/type at the same time. These will be differenitied by an asterisks (*). If trying to coordinate enrollment with a friend, be sure to check for that to ensure you're enrolling in the same class.
  • Is the Challengers class more advanced than other entry level classes?
    Challengers is a class for all genders and incorporates the fundamentals of gymnastics and parkour to develop strength, balance, coordination, and self-confidence. It is not a more advanced class than any other entry level class.
  • When do I need to make payments if we decide to sign up?
    The first payment is due upon registration, securing your child's spot. The second payment will automatically be charged on November 5th.
  • Do I need to enroll for the second session?
    Students are automatically re-enrolled into the second session on November 1st, and the second payment will be processed on November 1st
  • What's the deadline to drop if we can't continue into the second session?
    You must notify Gotham in writing before November 1st to drop and avoid being automatically enrolled and charged for the second session.
  • Do you offer refunds if we change our minds after sign-up?
    Yes! We have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you decide to drop within 30 days of registration, you'll receive a refund minus a 3.75% processing fee of any remaining classes in the session. After 30 days, we offer account credit for any remaining unused classes.
  • How can a Gotham Credit be used?
    Your Gotham account credits are good for one full year from the dated of issuance and can be applied toward future classes, School's Out session, birthday parties or events (like privates and open gyms).
  • If we join mid-session, is the price adjusted?
    Yes! If you enroll after a session has already begun, tuition is prorated based on the number of classes remaining.
  • Where do I updated my billing information?
    Verify and update your billing information in your Customer Portal.
  • What do I do if my payment is declined?
    If your registration payment is declined, you will receive a pending drop email and have 48-hours to make your payment and secure your spot.
