FAQ

  • What if we sign up late for a program?
Any kids who enroll after the start date of the season will receive pro-rated tuition.
  • If I need to cancel class, can I reschedule?
Yes! Makeups are allowed on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability. Makeups cannot be scheduled during the last week of the session, so make sure you reschedule as soon as possible. Makeups cannot be used as a substitute for your regular class.
  • My child has never done gymnastics before. Can I have them try it out before we join?
We do not have trial classes. However, you have 30 days from your start date to provide written notice to the front desk at info@gothamgymnastics.com that you would like to drop the class. If you provide notice within 30 days, we will provide a refund for the unused classes, minus a credit card processing fee (currently 3.75%). After 30 days, if you drop the class for any reason you will receive a credit on your Gotham Gymnastics account for use at Gotham Gymnastics in the future. All credits are good for one year.
  • Do you offer sibling discounts?
Yes! If you enroll siblings you will receive a 10% discount off of the lowest tuition.
